When ordering a Boxed construction made in Seats, Benches, Ottomans, Deep Seating, Chairs or in Design Your Own will automatically come with Polyurethane Foam with Fiber Batting. Our Polyurethane Foam is industry standard medium-density closed-cell sheet foam. The Fiber Batting is made with a thin polyester foam wrapper that will add a ½” to 2” of additional low-density loft to the polyurethane filled cushions.
When ordering a cushion in the Custom Cushion Designer it will automatically come in boxed construction. Which will have Polyurethane Foam with Fiber Batting. All Bench cushions if ordered in Boxed construction or Waterfall construction will automatically come with Polyurethane Foam with Fiber Batting. Our Polyurethane Foam is industry standard medium-density closed-cell sheet foam. The Fiber Batting is made with a thin polyester foam wrapper that will add a ½” to 2” of additional low-density loft to the polyurethane filled cushions. Waterfall construction bench cushions and all other cushions made with waterfall edge and filled with foam will have a foam core that is 1” thinner than the selected thickness, but will have enough fiber batting wrapped around to add the extra 1” to the thickness.
When ordering a Waterfall construction made in Seats, Ottomans, Deep Seating, Chairs and Chaise cushions are all filled with Polyester Fiber Fill. Polyester Fiber fill is vertically layered, heat-bonded polyester and is 100% free of any bonding agents.
